COMPOSER AND LYRICIST, AVI GROSS, trained as a classical pianist from a young age in Montreal, winning awards at various music festivals before turning to jazz and musical theatre. His CD It’s A Beautiful Thing is a collaboration with Kim Nishikawara. Avi's other musicals include "Meshugeneh", a coming of age autobiographical farce, and "What Happened to 'Thank-You," a holiday presentation. He holds a Masters in Fine Arts from the University of British Columbia, and Presently teaches music for the Los Angeles School District in the San Fernando Valley, California.
LIBRETTIST and LYRICIST, HEATHER HERINGTON BSc, ND, DHANP, is the NARRATOR with CHARACTER VOICES on the audio book version of The Calling Hour. A graduate of Bastyr University she is in private practice in Sherman Oaks, California where she continues to write. Her novel Flawed reflects her 25 years as a naturopathic and homeopathic doctor as well as her love of plants and magic, as does her screenplay, The Streamkeeper. She has just released a new radio play, DR GRAVES, WE HAVE YOUR DISEASE and her second novel LES FEMMES DE FLEUR, a novel in English of a French event, will be published soon.
